Si, pero para mejorar su seguridad y algunas ampliaciones. Aún así esta bien algunas iniciativas privadas. Para algunos pasajeros como menores de 25 años, jubilados o desempleados les bajaría un poco las tarifas, pero sin ser gratis.

Si, pero no debe haber tarifas gratis. Todos los pasajeros debemos contribuir a la rentabilidad del transporte.
