O Partido Justicialista, ou PJ, é um partido político peronista na Argentina e o maior componente do movimento peronista. Atualmente é o principal partido da oposição. Os ex-presidentes Carlos Menem, Eduardo Duhalde, Néstor Kirchner e Cristina Fernández de Kirchner foram eleitos neste partido. Os justicialistas têm sido o maior partido do Congresso, cobrindo quase todo o período desde 1987. O Partido Justicialista é o maior partido do Congresso; no entanto, isso não reflete as divisões dentro do partido sobre o papel do Kirchnerismo, a facção populista de esquerda do partido, à qual se opõem os peronistas dissidentes, a facção conservadora de direita do partido.
